CURIOSITY (キュリオシティ)は、神奈川県茅ヶ崎市にある、建築・デザイン・アート・写真を中心とした書店、カフェ、ギャラリーです。国内外より選書を行い、独立系出版やデザイン書などの新古書を紹介しています。

書籍の販売に加え、展覧会やトークなどを通して、デザインや文化が私たちの暮らしにどのように関わるかを探っています。国内外のアーティスト、建築家、出版社との協働を通じて、分野を越えた気づきを広げていきます。

CURIOSITY is a bookshop, café, and gallery dedicated to architecture, design, art, and photography in Chigasaki, Japan.

Established in 2024, the shop presents a considered selection of books — from rare and out-of-print titles to new releases and independent publications — with a focus on how design and culture shape everyday life.

Alongside the bookshop, CURIOSITY hosts a programme of exhibitions, talks, and gatherings that bring together artists, architects, and designers from Japan and abroad. These events explore printed matter, spatial practice, and the intersection of creative disciplines.

The space also serves as a quiet meeting point for reading, conversation, and coffee — a place to pause and reflect on design as a living part of our surroundings. Our collaborations to date have included publishers, artists, and cultural institutions exploring new ways of sharing ideas through books, exhibitions, and dialogue.
